Poughkeepsie - Stanley J. Kozlowski, Jr., 75, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on November 18, 2019 at Vassar Bros. Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. He was born on March 19, 1944 in Poughkeepsie, NY, the son of Stanley J. & Joyce Bard Kozlowski, Sr. Stanley married the former Carol A. Babcock on July 18, 1964 in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Poughkeepsie, NY. She survives at home.
He was employed as an Electrician for IBEW Local #363 in New City, NY. Stanley was a member of the B.P.O.E. #275 in Poughkeepsie, NY, Exempts Fireman Association, Life member of both the former Polish Club and Crum Elbow Sportsmen Club.
Stanley was a loving husband, father, grandfather who enjoyed all his grandchildren and uncle. He was an avid striped bass fisherman.
Survivors include his son: Stanley J. (Katherine) Kozlowski, III of Milton, NY; daughter: Sally Feasel of Hanover Township, PA.; son Michael Kozlowski & Significant other: Janelle LaCatena of Wallkill, NY. & and a sister: Sandra Acevedo of New Paltz survives. Grandchildren include: Kyle, Jeffrey, Katina, Sarah, Jennifer and Emma. There are several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers: Daniel & David Kozlowski and a sister: Patricia Johnson.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2019, 4-8 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son FH, Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Services will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at 10AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the family plot in St. Peter's Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to: St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
