Thomas Crawford Obituary
The Villages, FL - Tom Crawford of The Villages, Florida passed on November 30th. Tom was the devoted, patient and genuinely kind husband of Susan Crawford. He was the loving son of Lydia Johnson and the late Francis Crawford and younger brother to Linda Kaplan (Sanford) of Millerton, NY. His easy-going, thoughtful way won over Susan's family from day one. Uncle Tom was adored and respected by numerous nieces and nephews. In fact everyone loved Tom; he made friends wherever he went, and he will be greatly missed. Tom bravely protected his country, community and family as he was an Army Vietnam Veteran and a firefighter for the city of Poughkeepsie, NY. A happy hour in his memory will be held on Friday December 4th from 5-7 at Hacienda Hills Country Club, The Villages. A Celebration of Life will be held on December 13th at 1PM at The American Legion Post # 178, Millerton.

My condolences to Tom's family. He was a truly great guy and was proud to have known him. We grew up together and my greatest memory of Tom was when we were in in grade school and he was playing drums on a tin toy truck!!! rest in peace/.
