Juanita Buck Obituary
Kirkwood: Juanita A. Buck, 81, died on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 18, 1930 to George and Lou Carner. She was predeceased by her husband, Grant M. Buck Sr., and her sister, Sharon Jones, special aunt, Beverly Junk. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Grant and Mary Buck; grandchildren. Bryan Buck (Holly), Brandon Buck (Angelica); brother, Roger (Marie) Carner; sisters, Rhalene Hunt, Judy Goosley; several nieces, nephews and a very special friend, Joyce Gilkeson. Juanita was a 37 year employee of Singer Link Kirkwood, NY. She was a former member of the Onaquaga Car Club of Windsor, NY. She enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Bermuda, Nashville and Florida. Juanita also loved flea markets, bowling and the Price is Right. At Juanita's request, a graveside service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Section G. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Dear Butch, Mary & Sons,
I was devastated to hear of your Mom's passing. Unfortunately I did not get the news until today, so please forgive the late condolences. Your Mom & Dad were key figures in our daily lives growing up. I somehow had thought your Mom would be around another 20 years and I am having a hard time absorbing that she is gone, as I'm sure you are.
