Neubauer, Stanley R.

Whitney Point: Stanley R. Neubauer, 89, of Whitney Point joined his wife Mildred in Heaven on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. He was predeceased by his brothers, Douglas Neubauer, Gordon Neubauer and sister Gladys Gaylord. He is survived by three sons; Robert (JoAnne) Neubauer, Thomas ( May Lou) Neubauer, William (Cindy) Neubauer, five grandchildren, several great grandchildren, two sisters; Rosalie Oliver, Phoebe (Ken) Knowlden, sister-in-law, Alice Ellerson, Karl Stickley, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Stanley was a member of the Air Force during WWII, member of the Whitney Point Masonic Lodge, was a devoted father, enjoyed his cars and was a talented woodworker. He retired from Singer Link after 43 years of service. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 20, 2011 at 2 PM. from Nichols Funeral Home, 7323 119th St, Whitney Point, New York. Burial will be in Center Lisle Cemetery. The Family will receive friends at Nichols Funeral Home on Friday, May 20, 2011 from 1 PM until service time at 2PM. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family would like to extend a heart felt Thank You to Marie, Pat, and Sally who made it possible for their Dad to spend his last days home.
