Susan A. Hobal
of Binghamton
Susan A. Hobal, 85, of Binghamton, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at her home. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary (Yurcak) Hobal; two sisters, Anna (Hobal) Hudak on June 29, 1991, Helen Ann (Hobal) Haus on December 05, 2005; one brother, John B. Hobal on June 04, 1944. She is survived by two nieces and one nephew, Eleanor A. (Hudak) Kollar, Janice M. Decker and her spouse, Harold M. Decker II, Endicott, and John R. Haus and his spouse, Elizabeth (Libby) Haus, Binghamton; two special great-nieces and one special great-nephew, Katharine A. Haus, Binghamton, Heather M. Decker, Endicott, and Nathan A. Haus, Binghamton; and by many other great-nieces and great-nephews. Sue worked for Singer-Link for over 40 years and retired in June of 1889. She enjoyed traveling, going to Bingo, Atlantic City, and gatherings with her many friends and family. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends, as she had a generous heart and a warm personality.
Calling hours will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 03, 2008, with Funeral Services following at 11 a.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main Street, Endicott.
