To Ruth, Barth and family:
Words are most inadequate to express our feelings for a most wonderful man who we have known for almost 40 years. The beautiful grouping of orange lilies near our deck are a daily reminder of your generosity and his gentle, but persistent, strength. We join Ted's many, many friends in extending our deepest sympathy for your loss.

My father, Dick Gehr, and Ted were friends from boyhood. Even after my Dad and Mom moved to California 8 years ago, they still spoke on the phone. My Dad passed away February of 2009 and Mom died this past May. I spoke to your Dad on the phone several times and always enjoyed our conversations. My heartfelt condolences to your family from my family.
