Saundra Stabler Obituary
Saundra Stabler, 82, our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went home to be with her Lord and Savior. Saundra was predeceased by her mother, Mabel Johnson; father, Harry Stabler; son, Karl Weber; and husband, Fred Barrett. Saundra is survived by her brother, Harry Stabler Jr. (Nancy); sons, Kurt Weber (Julia), Jon Weber (Alexa); grandchildren, Jori (Schyler), Heidi (Nick), Aimee (Joe), Lori (Chris), Jeana (Rick), Ken; great grandchildren, Justin, Megan, Sadie, Isaiah, Devin, Bonita, Joelynn, Cassady, Corrina, Cherise, Christopher, Cheyann, Jonathan, Jackson, Mya; also by Robert and Dawn Weber. Saundra was an accomplished artist, specializing in portraits of animals. She loved all animals, evident by those in her home and out. Saundra graduated from Union-Endicott schools and left behind many special friends. Saundra was very involved in several ministries at New Life Ministries. She will be greatly missed by many there. Saundra loved people, had an open heart and gave willingly from it. A celebration of her life will be held at New Life Ministries, 201 Hill Ave., Endicott Sunday, February 15 at 2:30 p.m. Anyone wishing to contribute in Saundra's name can donate to the Humane Society or the Benevolence Fund at New Life Ministries.

I remember her from when I worked at Joe Lindsley's Artist's Frame Shop and Gallery. I must have been practicing
the recorder at that time because I remember we tried to play together. She was a good piano player. I never could get through a piece without making a mistake! We gave up. Wish I had just practiced more instead of quitting. It was wonderful when it worked.
So sorry another good person is gone from the world.

Kurt, Julie and family. Blessed to be a blessing. That's what comes to my mind when I remember your mom. She was blessed in so many ways. She had a special gift to capture the essence of a person for all to see and remember. She blessed so many and her beauty will forever be imprinted in our minds and in our hearts. In times like this we find ourselves full of sadness as we know it's time to say so long to someone, yet, we are also full of joy knowing we will one day see her again. We pray for you all and may our God grace you with his gift of love.

I have many happy memories of spending time at your house when we were younger.
