Dennis Christensen Obituary

CHRISTENSEN, Dennis A. - Died at home in the arms of his beloved wife, Pamela, on Monday October 30, 2006. He leaves behind their only child, a son, Ryan A. Christensen, 31, of Austin, Texas. Dennis, 57, was born in South Gate, California, to the late Arthur and Alma Christensen. Dennis and Pamela moved to Sonoma County 28 years ago. A successful businessman, Dennis owned and operated Accurate Forklift for nineteen years. He was a member of MEHEDA, a professional organization for owners of forklift dealerships. He was also an active member of the Sonoma County Republican Central Committee for 13 years. Dennis belonged to the Sonoma County Hobos and the Empire Breakfast Club. He enjoyed golf and gardening. Friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service to be held at First Presbyterian Church, 1550 Pacific Avenue in Santa Rosa at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2006. Interment was private, Santa Rosa Memorial Park. Arrangements by SANTA ROSA MORTUARY EGGEN & LANCE CHAPEL, 707-545-3747. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to Memorial Hospice, 821 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA, 95401.
