Dianne Neuman Obituary

Dianne Barbara Neuman
Dianne Barbara Neuman, 74, of Glen Ellen, CA, passed away on February 3rd, 2021, after a brief battle with cancer. Dianne was born in San Francisco December 12, 1946 to loving parents Arthur Alpine and Bryna Armos Alpine. After graduating from Lowell High School in 1965, she went on to receive a Bachelor's degree at San Jose State University and a Master's in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
Dianne was a true communicator and enjoyed helping and healing others but her true passion was abstract art and after studying at Sonoma State University in the 1980s she began a 30 plus year career in painting and teaching. Dianne was endlessly creative; her art work was often found in local Bay Area Galleries. As a spiritualist she will be deeply missed by her friends, family and all who knew her. Dianne was a multi-talented artist whose work in abstract art, together with her influence as a teacher, freed the medium from the confines of traditional ideas and awoke a connection to her art allowing the spirit guide to find its path.
Dianne is survived by her husband Ron of 52 years, her children Julianne, Ryan and Zackery. Grandmother of Jackson, Noah, Katelin and Brandon. Sister of Steven Alpine and Marcy Alpine.
