Paul Kubiak Obituary

KUBIAK, PAUL R. 65, of Angell Road passed away Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Susan E. Angell-Kubiak. Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late Isle (Rosentreter) Kubiak and the late Leon Kubiak, Sr., he had lived in Cumberland for the past 22 years. A 1966 graduate of Tolman High School, Paul served in the U.S. Army from 1967-69 and as a reservist until 1973. He was a produce manager for Almacs Supermarkets for 30 years and retired last year from Stop & Shop. He was a former member of the Pawtucket Elks and was associated with Boy Scout Troop #12, Berkeley and Ashton for many years. Besides his wife, Paul leaves his loving children, Stephen and Elizabeth, both of Cumberland; his twin sister, Paulette Carroll of Lake Worth, FL; his three brothers, Leon Kubiak, Jr. of Salisbury, NH, Edmund Kubiak of Burns, TN and Michael Kubiak of Boynton Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call SUNDAY 2-5 P.M. at BELLOWS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln. His funeral and burial will be private.
