I knew Martha from a very long time ago when I worked for the Mayor's Office of Community Development. This was back in 1982 to 1983. Martha was such a passionate person who cared deeply about her family, and the folks she dealt daily in the job she was doing. Her warmth and devotion will always be remembered. My thoughts & prayers go out to her family during this time, but, at least Martha is in a better place.
