91, joined her beloved husband, Guido R. Gaeta, in eternal life on April 18, 2021, their 68th wedding anniversary.
The cherished mother of Susan Donat (Dr. Walter) and Roberta Nelson (Gordon), she was the proud grandmother of Walter, Liz & Marcela Donat, Christina Conroy, and Andrew Nelson and Super Nonna to five great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial Thursday, April 22 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Drive, Cranston and streamed live on the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory Facebook page. Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Marion was the first member of the ICC choir that I met when I joined in 1994/1995 or so. She was a fellow alto and I was on her phone tree, so prior to the world of email, Marion was my choir information super highway! Always upbeat and a love to be around! I enjoyed her company, her personality..AND her amazing collection of HATS!!! She wore them well!!! I loved her devotion to her Guido and who they were as a couple. I'm sad for your loss, but glad they are together once again!
