The service was a beautiful, amazing tribute to a truly fascinating man. I feel blessed that I knew him, if only for a short time. Love to you all.

I only met Bill and Carolyn briefly. Beautiful people. I do know, Bill always has a smile, and both he and Carolyn were so very good to my daughters, Haessly, Archer, and Dahl-ie. The three girls thought the world of Bill and Carolyn. He will be missed.

Thank you, Bill, for being one of those incredible and neat people in my childhood. I'll always remember the wind-up toys on your desk and the fun, laughter and down-to-earth attitude that put people at ease. You WERE Africa Division and you made it great. Thank you.

I was a person who met Mr. Moseby or "Bwanna" during my tenure in Africa Division. I can say that Mr. Moseby had so much history to share with new officers, as he was our legend, or hero who paved a trail to continue the work he started throughout Africa. I was always intrigued to listen to his stories of his time and service in Africa. This will be his legacy that will live on in the Africa Family, and Africa Division. God Bless you, Mrs Moseby and family, and I thank you for sharing such a wonderful man with all of us. C. Annette Johnson

Bill was a legend at the CIA, and as another colleague mentioned "it's the end of an era" of men of his quality and high standards. He will be missed but he can rest assured that those that he has touched and mentored will continue the love for our country and the battle against all that is evil.

I didn't know Mr. Moseby really but I know Tracy and Geoff. Who you've left behind is a statement to the kind of man you were. A life well played. Thinking of you all.

I had the privledge of hunting bear with Bill in Saskatchewan Canada. Bill was one of the most interesting people I have ever met. For all his great accomplishments, I wouldn't be surprised if there would be a book written about him. I was hoping to hunt with you and Bill again next spring. Carolyn, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
