Dr. Samuel L. Earley Jr., 73, of Reynoldsville, passed away during the early morning hours of Dec. 11, 2020, in the comfort of his home with his wife by his side.
He was born to the late Samuel and Armenia (Foradori) Earley on June 26, 1947, in DuBois. He was a member of the last graduating class of the Reynoldsville-Sykesville High School in 1965. He went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science from Penn State main campus.

He was a member of the Reynoldsville First United Methodist Church, the American Dental Association, Trout Unlimited and the Penn State Alumni Association.
