Jack Tunwall Obituary
Per his wishes cremation rites were accorded. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory is assisting the family.
Jack was born June 4, 1922, in Davenport, to Roy and Amanda (Holm) Tunwall. He married Margaret Nowak on February 23, 1966, in Nashua, Iowa.
Jack was a radio operator for the Corps of Engineers. He later worked at the Rock Island Arsenal.
Jack was a member of the Shriners. He enjoyed watching the Bears and going to the Swing games with his friend Dan. He also enjoyed his family and having Sunday breakfast with them.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; daughter, Susan (Cliff) Ferris, Savanna, Ill.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jane Mohl.
