Alice Krick Obituary
Alice M. Krick, 94, of Kenhorst passed away on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, at 9:20 p.m. at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, where she was transferred from Mifflin Court.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late William A. Lorah and Ida S. Lorah.
She was the wife of Clarence J. Krick, who passed away in May of 1998.
She was the owner and operator of Kenhorst Cut Rate Store on New Holland Avenue in Kenhorst for 20 years, from 1949 to 1969.
She was a member of One United Church of Christ.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and great-grand-nieces and nephews.
Services from the Bean Funeral Homes, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, Thursday at 10 a.m., Rev. Deb Winters officiating. Interment in Spies Zion Cemetery. Friends will be received Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
