The son of the late Edward and Zula Mae Clark Dobbs, he was born in St. Joseph, MO on September 22, 1943.

Dearest Marsha, Wendy, Jennifer, Jessica, their extended family and the
Dobbs Family,

It is with deep sadness, that I, Jack, Shawn, Megan, Frances, Ed and our daddy
John Duda, send our condolences to you,
as we will be unable to attend the wake or services for your beloved Bill today.

Just know that we all loved him...he was easy to love....a sweet humble man, with a great sense of humor, a hard worker and a loving husband and father....

We in the Duda Clan met Bill through his sister Nancy Aspey, who babysat for Frances, when Mommy and Daddy ran "Duda's Luncheonette" on Walsh Avenue in New Windsor, he was just a kid, kinda shy, but was a sweet boy,
who just came to New York from Missouri...Nancy, Jimmy(Nancy's Husband)Bill and their mom were
the nicest folks, and we have very fond memories of our early childhood connections with the Dobbs and Aspey families....The Aspey's daughter Joanne, was one of the first babies I had ever seen(Fern was 2 and I was 5)

I have told Jennifer many times how much she reminds me of her "Grandma Dobbs."

So we remember Bill's life, and keep his traditions strong, I am sure Grace, and all the Zgrodek's, Dobbs, and Duda families will welcome him into Heaven with open arms, our mom Janet always loved Bill too!!!!!

With our Love,

Always,

Annie, Jack, Shawn & Megan Cannon
Frances and Eddie Vesely

We are very sorry to hear of Billy's passing. The family does not know us but Billy did a large addition to our home thirty plus years ago in New Windsor. He became a real friend to us in doing real quality work and at the same time helping us to keep costs in check - we were a family of six living on a moderate income. God bless him and our thoughts are with your family.
