Louise C. Connally of Abilene, Texas passed away on February 7, 2015 in Abilene, Texas.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home Chapel located at 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at The Hamil Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Don Wilson, minister of First Christian Church, officiating. All arrangements are by The Hamil Family Funeral Home.

Louise was born on November 26, 1920 to Roy Coston and Estelle Lynch in Hermleigh, Texas. She went to school in Hermleigh and graduated from Hermleigh High School. She attended Draughn's Business College in Abilene, Texas. Louise met and married Wiley H. Connally in Abilene, Texas and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church for many years and volunteered in many capacities there.

Louise Connally was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wiley H. Connally, on April 1, 1991; parents - Roy and Estelle Coston; sisters - Oma Lee Sturdivant, Ollie Ely and Verda Johnson; and her brother - Ferrell Coston.

She is survived by her sons: Don Connally and his wife, Jill, of Abilene, Texas and Steve Connally and his wife, Carol, of Spring, Texas; Grandchildren - Paul Connally, Brian Connally, Jennifer Connally and Ross Connally and his wife, Kelly; Great-grandchildren - Patrick Connally and Kate Connally.

Memorials may be given to First Christian Church, 1420 N. 3rd Street, Abilene, TX 79601.

The family of Louise C. Connally wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Wesley Court in Abilene, Texas for their loving care and the friendship provided to Louise in the last few years.
