God blessed me when he placed you in my life as she'd friend as a brother...as someone who would always listen to my crazy life. You never judged. You just ALWAYS kept me laughing and smiling. That is what I will choose to remember. I'm lucky to have known you. Joy Cherish and Cam I love you all. my deepest thoughts go out to garlands family. I worked with Garland for a number of years at the glen allen post office. when ever you would here laughter,there would be a group of people standing around garland telling one of his stories. Rest in peace my friend! Your laughter will be missed!

I have worked for Cobb Technologies since last August and I am the Receptionist who received the mail every day from Garland. He was always such a laid back person with a great personality.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Garland's passing. Although I knew him for a short time, I will cherish the memory of his kind soul. He was smart, funny, and just a genuine human being. My heartfelt condolences to his family. He will be truly missed.
