Passed away peacefully aged 33 years
on 29th Septemeber 2008.
Beloved wife of Terry, loving
daughter of Brian and Margaret.
Much loved sister of Darren and Stephanie. Daughter in Law to Jan, Rick and Ian. Auntie of Bethany and Luke.
Will be so sadly missed by
family and friends.
Funeral Service to take place at 10.45am on Thursday 9th October 2008 at
St Botolphs Church, Newbold followed by a Cremation at Charter Chapel, Canley Crematorium, Coventry.
