Denise Richmond Obituary

Denise Richmond was born Denise Elaine Hibsch on May 4, 1951 in Monterey Park, California, and passed away at age 67 on August 26th in Westminster, California. Denise spent her early childhood in West Covina, before moving to the Hibsch family ranch in Williams, California. The family then moved to Sacramento where Denise graduated from Luther Burbank High School. Following high school, Denise continued her education at California State University, Sacramento graduating with a bachelor's degree in speech pathology. She worked as an analyst and health program specialist for the California Department of Health Services for 27 years. Upon retirement, Denise and her husband, Scott of 35 years, relocated to Laguna Woods, California. Denise was a passionate genealogist, and was very active in the Sacramento (Root Cellar) and South Orange County Genealogical Societies. Denise will always be remembered for her kind, gentle and helpful nature. Denise is survived by her husband, Scott, and her brothers Martin Hibsch and Dean Hibsch. Memorial services are being planned at this time.

I Remember working with Denise at CA Dept. of Health Services. I am sorry for the loss of such a sweet person and I hope that Scott will be at peace knowing that she was such a wonderful and caring soul.
