George was born on January 19, 1922 and passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016. George was a resident of Lynn, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. A proud World War II veteran, George served with distinction in the U.S. Seventh Army's 63rd Division, 255th regiment, earning the rank of Technical Sergeant. He received two Bronze Stars for gallantry and valor under fire, as well as the Good Conduct Medal and Victory Medal. He was married to Julie Psehoyas. Funeral services will be held in St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Lynn at 10AM on Thursday. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visitation in the church will be from 9AM to 10AM.
