Gordon is my brother and best friend. I will miss all the golf trips and coversations. I was looking forward to the next road trip here to Memphis Tn to play Mirimichi golf course that just opened. Your spot is reserved my brother see you on the green.

Gordan did not fit the mold of a Postal Supervisor. Rather than expect respect because he had a title (SDO), he earned it by how he treated the employees. His kind are few and far between at the Postal Service and he has been greatly missed since his retirement. My condolenses to his family.

Gordan was a great guy to know and he was one of a kind. I could always rely on him at work as he was responsible and level headed with a great work ethic.
I was hoping to to golfing with him and Randy one more time. He loved golf and was a lot of fun to play with and he kept you laughing when he was in your foursome.
On to the next hole my friend, on to the next hole.

Gordan was my Supervisor during his last years at the Post office before he retired. All of the employees liked him due to his sense of humor, and being so laid back, you really did'nt mind working for a man that really appreciated your hard work.
We really hated to see him retire, because someone like Gordan is very rare at the Post Office.
I'm very sad to hear of his passing.

May your family be comforted in this time of your sorrow.
It has been a very long time, since I have seen Gordon, but I have fond memories of visiting at the family home in Riverton.
Our families were good friends. I am the son of Gene and Doris Taylor.
Condolences,
Carl A. Taylor
