William Holmes Obituary
William "Bill" Holmes, age 53 of Seguin, passed away on April 19, 2015. Bill was born on July 26, 1961 in San Antonio Texas to William A. Holmes and Dorothy Claudette Campbell Holmes. Survivors include his loving wife, Vanessa Holmes; sons, Jason Holmes and significant other, Dora Romo, Mark Holmes and wife Jennifer, and Erik Burns; grandson, Tristan; mother, Dorothy Claudette Holmes; father, William Holmes; sister, Linda Webb and husband Rick; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many friends.
Bill enjoyed flying, concerts, and spending time with family and friends. After becoming a basic flight instructor in his powered parachute, he continued on to become a sport pilot as well as a Light Sport Repairman and an authorized ROTAX repair technician. He was continually guiding and helping others understand their planes.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. You are invited to sign the guest book at www.treshewell.com. Arrangements are under the direction of
