Aubyn Kathy Curran December 11, 1931 - November 19, 2018 San Diego Aubyn Kathy Curran, a San Diego native, peacefully passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Judge Richard Curran, in 2005. Kathy graduated from San Diego High School in 1950, where she was very involved as the lieutenant of Acrobatics with the Sergeanettes, performed in school plays, active in the Prom Committee and was the Reunion Chair for the Class of 1950. Throughout her lifetime, Kathy continued her involvement in SDHS, running a very successful Golf Tournament for more than 25 years. She received many honors from the Alumni, Foundation and Wall of Honor. Kathy's energy and dedication in the community she loved so dearly included SD Hall of Champions, Salvation Army, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Home of Guiding Hands just to name a few.Services will be held on Friday, December 14th, at 9:30AM at Fort Rosecrans, Pt. Loma. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to SD High School Foundation, 1405 Park Blvd., SD 92101 in her memory. We would like to thank Canyon Villas Staff for their kindness and care to Kathy and much thanks to her wonderful caregiver Isabelle.
