Kim F. Goetz, 50, of San Diego died Monday. He was born in Moscow, Idaho, and was a special-resource teacher at San Pasqual High School. He was a member of the Basketball Hall of Fame at SDSU and the College of Southern Idaho.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Goetz; daughters, Stephanie Goetz of San Diego and Christa Mattes of Oregon; and brothers, Kevin Goetz and Greg Goetz of Kennewick, Wash., and David Goetz of Orofino, Idaho.
Mass: 1 p.m. Tuesday, St. Michael's Catholic Church, 15546 Poway Road, Poway.
Inurnment: Dearborn Memorial Park, 14361 Tierra Bonita Road, Poway.
Donations: National Kidney Foundation 465 N.E. 181st St., Suite 257, Portland, OR 97230.
Arrangements: Poway-Bernardo Mortuary.
