Mitch was such a total person when it came to personality, compassion, love, fun .... There aren´t enough adjectives for him, and they´re all wonderful.
We hope Paige and their daughters are doing all well, with such a bright star missing in their lives.
Our love...... Janet & Ken Manell

It's hard to believe Mitch has been gone 4 years. He was exceptional in so many ways......his personality was magnetic, personable, and fun. He contributed and did so much in his life that was taken much too soon.
Our love,
Janet & Ken Manell

RIP Mitch. You were a pleasure to work with and an inspiration. I was waiting for you to come back from Mexico to continue your grazing project in Pamo Valley. :( My heart goes out to your family.

Dear Paige, Cache, Callie, Bob, and Pam,
What a heartache but with what fondness we remember Mitch. He introduced us to San Diego by his energy, "work hard play hard" mantra, love for all things outdoors -- ocean, desert, mountains, Baja, ranching and farming, tricycle races and tractor pulls at Casa de Perdue, September parties. He had great faith in us and in people in general, but was "all in" for the good fight. He and you all made us better people and helped our family and company thrive here. Much love to you all and looking to build on the love he left behind. Liz and Jim Kellogg and family, and all the folks of Tierra Data, Inc.

Dear Paige and family, please accept my deepest sympathies. Losing your best friend is so profound, but cherish the time you had and the memories you hold to carry you through this difficult time. Love and hugs to all of you.

Dear Perdue family, I was sorry to read of Mitch's unexpected passing. Mitch and I worked together 18 years ago when I was at the Port. He had a passion for the environment and I always enjoyed working on projects with him. Don't know if you know, but there is a picture of us on the educational panel we had made for the Bay. It is near the Star of India Ship on the Embarcadero. It is one of his legacy for the environment. May he rest in peace.
