Julieta Bragado passed away peacefully Monday, November 1, 2010 in Watsonville, Ca. She was 81 years old. She was born in Hawaii and raised in the Philippines. She returned back to America to Watsonville, Ca in 1973. By 1976, Julieta was able to bring her husband, Miguel Bragado, and her children to start their families in Watsonville. She worked at Pajaro Valley Green House until she retired in 1993. In her later years, she spent her spare time looking after her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her legacy lives on through her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Julieta is survived by her children; Tony and his wife Emmie, Ernie and his wife Lolita, Joe and his wife Josie, and Shun and her husband Rolly Domalanta, She is also survived by 3 younger siblings, Rudy Crisolo and his wife Margaret, Leonida and her husband, Tony Acosta, Carmen and her husband Leo David; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Although, she has left her loved ones on earth, she has returned to the love of her life, her husband, Miguel Bragado who passed away in March 2000; her parents, and 3 older siblings in heaven.
A viewing will begin Sunday, November 7th at Mehl's Colonial Chapel from 10-9pm with the recitation of the rosary at 7pm. Mass will be held on Monday, November 8th 10 am at St. Patrick's Church, burial will follow at Valley Public Cemetery.
