On Thursday, November 30, 2017 Frank "Bud" Capurro peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at his residence.
Bud was a well-respected member of the local agricultural community. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. Bud was also a proud member of the 20/30 Club, Elks Club, Moss Landing Yacht Club, Knights of Columbus and Mora High School Boosters. Ultimately, Bud loved spending time with his family who meant the world to him. To a loving Father, Grandfather and Friend you will be forever missed and always cherished within our hearts.
Bud was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Joyce Capurro, parents; Frank and Leona Capurro.
He is survived by his children; Pam Capurro, Frank (Susan) Capurro, Kristofer (Lisa) Capurro and Susan Capurro Frosch. Bud is also survived by his sister, Shirley Capurro Manfre, grandchildren; Justin, Nathan and Nicolas Cardella, Angela Cardella Meissner, Drew, David and Ashley Capurro, Maya Capurro Frosch, Weston, Tony, Cody and KC Capurro and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Santa Cruz County, Second Harvest Food Bank or your favorite charity.

Sorry to hear of Bud's passing. I will miss seeing him shopping at Nob Hill. He always had something funny to say. Bud gave me two bird houses that he made and I will think of him every time I look at them. Great person, he will be missed.

I'm so very sorry for the Loss of this wonderful man. Bud, as I knew him when I worked at Capurro's was always so nice and welcoming. Always had his dog by his side. May all the blessed moments and memories help you through this difficult time. God Bless..

I was a contractor for Frank Capurro & Son. Bud always had a smile and a friendly hello for me when I walked into the sales office. I will always have fond memories for Bud.

Frank and I thought so much of Bud and Betty. We enjoyed taking them to Roy's at Pebble Beach and dinners. They were always fun to be with.
