Mark W. Jackson - SAVANNAH - Mark W. Jackson, 32, died at Candler Hospital on March 10, 2010. Mark was born in Richmond, VA and has lived in Savannah for the past 15 months. Prior to living in Savannah, he lived in Beaverdam, VA. He was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Richmond Hill. He was a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of Cursillo. His faith, homeschooling his two children and loving his family were his passion in life. Survivors: wife, Katie Jackson of Savannah; children, K. Nicole Jackson and T. Patrick Jackson; parents, Fred and Linda Day of Thompson, GA and W. E. "Butch" and Mildred Jackson of Beaverdam, VA; sister, Melissa S. Jackson of Richmond, VA; grandfathers, Gerald W. Clemon of Thompson, GA and W. E. Jackson, Sr. of Richmond, VA; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Mass: 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 13, 2010, St. Anne Catholic Church, Richmond Hill with Father Joseph Smith officiating. A reception will follow the service at the church.
