To the Marchel Family - I worked with Walter back in the mid 70's. I worked in the Gamble Building and he worked in the mailroom at City Hall. He was always a nice, kind person and fun to be around. Once he started working at Building and Electrical Maintenance with the COS he come by my office on Bull Street and would chat and bring each other up on what's going on at the City. He will trully be missed. Family, Be Encouraged. Weeping may endure for a night BUT Joy cometh in the Morning. Love and prayers to you.

To My Family (The Marchel and Banks Family), All Praises Be Unto God for he is worthy. I am at a lost for words. Uncle Walter was a good man who always had a smile on his face everytime I saw him and he would always let me know that he was my uncle and what he said goes, even when I became an Adult and I respected him for that always. He will be missed dearly and my prayers go out to the rest of the family. I love you all very much and we will see each other soon
