Lesley Robinett Obituary

Lesley Naomi (Mosler) ROBINETT 1969 - 2004 Lesley Naomi (Mosler) Robinett passed away peacefully at her Snohomish, WA home June 9, 2004 at the age of 35. Lesley was born March 27, 1969 in Seattle, WA. She grew up in Bellevue, WA graduating from Interlake High School and then the University of Arizona. A loving mother, wife, daughter and sister, Lesley is survived by her husband David and their son Ben Robinett; parents Laurence and Susan Mosler; sister and brother-in-law Melissa and John Matterazzo, the immediate Robinett family Hank and Donna Robinett, Marty and Laureen Robinett, Julie and Randy Smith and Joan and Craig Wilson, and the many friends and family that supported her at the end of her life. Remembrances can be made to the Melanoma International Foundation, 250 Mapleflower Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 - www.nationalmelanoma.org. A private family memorial was held.

I only remember meeting Lesley once when I was a little girl. But I always admired her beauty from the photos Susan sent at Christmas. I know with a mom as amazing as Susan, Lesley must have truely been incredible. I am deeply sorry to hear of her loss.

My heart is aching as the loss of Leslie. Leslie was in my parent ed class at Lake Washington Toddler Group. SHe has been such an inspiration to me and others in her class. During her illness she always thought of others. I will never forget her being so sick and raising money for lamps for the concer ward at UW hospital and money for cancer research. Her strong maternal bond with little Ben is what kept her going, she was an inspiration to us all. I pray for peace and comfort for this family. Lesley was one of God's true blessings. Knowing her enriched our lives, our hearts and our souls. She was courageous in her fight of such a terrible disease and although she is no longer with us in this life, surely for all of her goodness, she is finally at peace.
