Nancy Robb Obituary

Nancy Joanne Womeldorff ROBB Nancy died December 5, 2002, at the age of 40 after a long struggle with cancer and mental illness. She was born January 8, 1962, in Bellevue, the daughter of Dave and Susan Womeldorff. She grew up in Bellevue, graduated from Interlake High School and worked for some years at Overlake Hospital. She lived in Alameda, CA for several years before returning to Bellevue, Auburn and, most recently, West Seattle. Nancy will be remembered for her friendliness, her resilient spirit, and her deep love of family, friends, caretakers and pets. Besides her parents, she is survived by brother Gary Womeldorff and wife Jani of Everett; brother Tom Womeldorff and wife Eunice Santiago of Olympia; nephews Javier and Jeff and niece Nadya; and many uncles, aunts and cousins. A Service celebrating her life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 21 at the East Shore Unitarian Church, 12700 SE 32nd St., Bellevue. In lieu of flowers her family suggests that any memorials be sent to Transitional Resources, (programs for the mentally ill), 2970 SW Avalon Way, Seattle, WA 98126.
