Louisse was always vibrant and upbeat.
She attended the West Seattle Democratic Women's group some years ago and occasionally during the past year. We will miss her.

Oh how very saddened we are to know that Nonie has left this world. We feel so fortunate and blessed to have been able to make her acquaintance. What life, vitality, and love she exuded to all whom she met. We truly felt so embraced and loved by her and Ray. God Bless You Sweet "Nonie" friend! Our heartfelt condolences go out to all of our dear Rice family! Love Peter and Serida Foss and family
