I´ve just learned of John´s death and am saddened. I am David Richardson, I painted John´s portrait in the 1980s, and he had another painting of mine, a study of Fernando Goya´s Portrait of the Family of Charles IV. My signature is on the back, I last saw them at his apartment on Carolina St in San Francisco, I hope you or someone has the paintings safe and appreciated, they are from my younger days, they are good, but undocumented. Would you be kind enough to take photos if possible? I would be grateful. Please let me know. ~David Richardson
