Ruth Badertscher Obituary

BADERTSCHER, Ruth Rosekrans - October 18, 1910 - May 30, 2005 Ruth was born in Atwater, CA, to Milton and Theresa Rosekrans, was raised in Berkeley and lived in San Francisco for 61 years before moving to San Mateo. She was a longtime member of the Forest Hill Garden Club and The San Franciscans. Wife of the late Homer Badertscher; she is survived by her children, John (Joyce) Badertscher, Barbara (Richard) Kerr; grandmother of Kathy Badertscher, Peter Badertscher, Kris Badertscher, Wendy Kerr and Jennifer Hoskins; great-grandmother of Andrew, Kate, Kirk and Henry. Ruth will be remembered for her friendly, outgoing personality and love of life. Family and close friends will be gathering for a celebration of her life on Friday, June 3 at 4:00 p.m.
