Sincere condolences to the Westman family in their time of loss. Dan was one of my mentoring attorneys many years ago in San Francisco. He was well respected and shared his legal knowledge with distinction. May he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I knew Dan well when I practiced labor and employment law with him in San Francisco. Dan was a decent and good man who loved his family and always tried to practice charity and compassion. His life exemplified grace and was full of integrity. He also had a great sense of humor and a way of looking at the world which lightened everyone's hearts. To Allison and his family, I extend my sympathies over this incredible loss. May God grant you solace. Dan was such a good man that we will surly see him again
