Bruce Knepfel Obituary
Bruce A. Knepfel, 58, a resident of Kiel formerly of Plymouth passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
Bruce was born on April 28, 1958 in Plymouth a son to the late David W. and Marilyn (Gorsege) Knepfel. He attended St. John Lutheran School and graduated from Plymouth High School. Bruce was employed with the Kohler Company as a machinist for 20 years until his health forced his retirement. Bruce had a love for automobiles and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He also greatly enjoyed the time he spent with his grandchildren.
Bruce is survived by a son, David (Christa) Knepfel of Appleton; a daughter, Courtney Knepfel of Plymouth; three grandchildren as he affectionately knew them, Carter (Carjay), Brayden (Brady Pataty) and Valerie (Valarina) Knepfel; his three brothers, Scott (Nancy) Knepfel of Edgerton, WI, Todd (Lori) Knepfel of Amherst Jct., WI and Mark (Shelly) Knepfel of Plymouth and a sister, Lisa Knepfel of Plymouth. His faithful companion, a black lab, Rudy also survives. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service for Bruce will be held 3 P.M., Saturday, March 11 at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Service with Rev. Nathan Meador, pastor of St. John Lutheran Church officiating. Family and friends may gather at Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Service, 123 South St., Plymouth on Saturday from 12 Noon until the time of service at 3 P.M.
