Mary Gibbs Obituary
Shreveport, LA - Celebration of life services for Mrs. Mary Gibbs, 95, will be 11 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Mt. Bethel #1 B.C., 12535 Mansfield Rd., Pastor Lee Arthur Johnson, officiating. Interment will follow at Galilee B.C., Keithville, La. Open visitation will be Friday at Heavenly Gates.
Mrs. Gibbs entered into eternal rest on January 27, 2018 after a brief illness.
She is survived by; 1 son, 5 daughters, 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

I was so sorry to receive the news of Mrs. Gibbs' passing. I know first hand of how sweet and kind she was. She raised an outstanding group of children too. My mother liked her a lot as they both were a part of the Walnut Hill school family. I'm sure that you each will share wonderful sweet memories of her. Put your trust in the Lord and He will lessen the pain.

Even though I only met you once, I was truly blessed by your presence, we laughed and we joked and I really felt accepted into your family. You reminded me so much of my own grandmother.
