Robert Madonia Obituary
BUCKHART - Robert D. Madonia, 43, of Buckhart, formerly of Rochester, passed away Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at St. John's Hospital.
He was born Dec. 3, 1963, in Springfield, the son of Robert L. and Sharon L. Franklin Madonia. He married Diana Beard in Springfield in 1988.
Robert loved fishing with his boys and was very devoted to his family. His family will miss his sense of humor and wit.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; two sons, Nicholas and Clayton, both at home; his parents, Robert L. and Sharon L. Madonia of Springfield; a brother, Scott Madonia of Springfield; a sister, Vicky (husband, Joe) Saputo of Brandon, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, at Rochester Cemetery, with the Rev. Clint Cook officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ward and I were saddened to learn of the death of your son, Bob. We were neighbors on Pleasant Lane in Rochester. Bob was a good friend to our son, Ted.
Life is short at the longest, but we are sad that Bob was taken so early in life.

Diana, Nick and Clayton,
Chance, Jon and I were so sorry to hear about Bob's passing. Bob, and you all were so good to Chance and I know he really enjoyed hanging out, fishing and camping at Lake Sangchris, riding motorcycles and just being outdoors together. Bob always had a friendly smile and hello. He will surely be missed.
