Charles Brett Embry

1958 - 2017

SALISBURY - Charles Brett Embry, of Salisbury, Md. (formerly of Trappe, Md.) passed away peacefully on February 20, 2017 at the Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was 58 years old. Born in Easton, Md. on May 12, 1958, Brett was the son of the late Charles C. Embry and Annette H. Embry. He attended Sts. Peter and Paul Elementary School and graduated from Easton High School. He worked at a variety of jobs including the Chesapeake Center and Dove Point. He was a devout Catholic and attended mass without fail as long as he was able. He enjoyed his family, his pets, reading, watching TV, and chatting about current events and playing trivia games.
Brett is survived by his sisters: Cindy Lawson (David); Sandy James (Bill); a niece, Laura Lawson; nephews: Lee Lawson, Bill Lawson, Monte James and Chris James.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held February 24, 11 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Easton. Following the mass, interment will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Easton.
