Carol Heinrich Obituary

Carol Joann Heinrich beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. She was born to Elmer and Caroline Heilbrun on June 25, 1942 in Omaha, Nebraska and later moved to Lodi with her family. She attended Lodi Schools and graduated from Lodi High School in 1960. She later met and married her husband Ted Heinrich.
While living in Lodi she worked at the Goehring Meat Company until they closed and then later at the Lodi Nut Company. Once she retired in 2004 she took on her most important job helping watch her grandsons until they were ready to go to school.
She is survived by her parents Elmer and Caroline Heilbrun; her husband of 49 years Ted Heinrich, children Karen (John) Hunt, Scott (Janelle) Heinrich and Brenda Heinrich, 4 grandchildren Jacob & Andrew Heinrich and Zachary & Alex Hunt, 1 brother John (Janice) Heilbrun and numerous nieces and nephews.
Carol treasured spending time with her family, hosting family gatherings, making them their favorite foods and attending all her children's and grandchildren's sporting and special events. Carol also enjoyed trips to Lake Tahoe and Giants Games with the family. Carol was known most for her unselfishness and quiet loving support. She was loved by all and will be forever missed.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at First United Methodist Church in Lodi at 3:00 pm. Inurnment at Cherokee Memorial Park will be private. Those wishing to send a remembrance, the family would welcome a memorial donation to First United Methodist Church Lodi or the charity of your choice.
