I was very sad to come upon this. I met Dr. Piszar when I was a student at Hammarskjold Jr. High in East Brunswick in the early 1970's, he was my go to person instead of my own parents, even in high school. I will always remember his kindness, and his pipe. R.I.P Dr. Piszar.

I would like to offer my most sincere condolences to Steve's family and loved ones. At Cancer Hope Network, we are feeling the loss of a friend and and fellow volunteer. He helped support and encourage so many people with cancer throughout the almost 10 years he volunteered with the program. We will dearly miss his optimism and steady willingness to help in whatever way was needed. Rest in peace,
