James T. "Tom" and Mary (Dindorf) Woychick

Woychick, James T. "Tom" and Mary (Dindorf) Tom and Mary Woychick died on August 19, 2009, after being struck by a car near their home in Boise, ID. Burial services will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, followed by a 2 p.m. reception at Embassy Suites, 7901 34th Av S., in Bloomington. James Thomas Woychick was born Oct. 31, 1930, in Mankato, MN, to Roman and Josephine Woychick. Tom graduated from Mankato Loyola H.S. ('48); College of St. Thomas ('52) and the U of M (M.A. '63; Ph.D., '68). Mary Catherine Woychick was born Dec. 29, 1932, in St. Paul, MN, to Edward and Evelyn Dindorf. Mary graduated from Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield, MN ('50) and the College of St. Catherine ('54). Tom & Mary were married on Dec. 29, 1956. They were preceded in death by their parents and by Tom's siblings, Margaret, Robert, Mary & Charlotte. They are survived by brothers, John Woychick and Fr. Meinrad Dindorf, OSB; children, Paul, Nick, Steve, Dan, Mark, Jane and Pete; daughters- in-law, Teri, Nicole and Rebecca; grandchildren, Lindsay, Kaitlin, Nicklas, Jonas, Lucas, Mia and Eli; and many nieces & nephews.
