Mom, I'm so lost without you! You're my best friend, my life doesn't even make sense anymore. I know your in heaven with Grandpa and Uncle, and now there is no more pain and illness...I'm so thankful for all of the time we got to spend together, all of the laughter and jokes, the nights we snuggled in your bed and watched a movie that made us both cry. I will cherish every memory of you, and you will remain in my heart forever. We will try so hard to be strong like you taught us. We will come together as a family and find the strength together. May your journey be blessed, God will take care of you. Now I know for sure I have a guardian angel! Love you mommy Rest in Peace.

I thought Shirley was a strong willed person and she seemed to live her life in a pretty good way. She seemed to enjoy many things and have fun. I thought she had a great smile and laugh. I've known her since she was about 11 or 12 so to me, she seems still like a kid. I wish she were still here and well and happy and having fun. I was so shocked to here she was losing the battle to live. I wish to express heartfelt sympathy to all of her family and friends. And a che miigwitch sister Shirley Jackson, if you are reading this and I feel that you will...miigwitch for being there for all of us,as a Lighthouse, to guide us there where you are when our time comes.

I heard a song yesterday, made me rememeber the days way back then, but the song was lean on me. Just because distance keeps us from seeing each other, does not mean I don't think about you. I do. I will miss you.
