Nancy was more than my mother-in-law, she was my friend and mentor in so many ways. Even though she lived a full life I miss her greatly. I love the time we had together at the Ranch in Colorado and wish we made the time to take that trip to the Grand Canyon.

Nancy was a beautiful person. She was elegant, warm, and a joy to be around. I looked up to her as a model of grace and charm with a sharp wit and a deep soul. Into the light, Nancy! Au revoir, at least for now.

I will miss Nancy's zest for life and for pursuing new subjects. I worked for her for awhile at Tracor, and our friendship extended beyond my brief time there. She, James & I & some other friends went on a Whooping Crane viewing trip to Pt. Aransas together back in the 80's sometime (to the best of my recollection). My husband Bill & I were honored to have her at our wedding in Arlington in Dec. 1991. Unfortunately, after I'd been here in California awhile, we lost touch. Nancy lived a good life.
