Pepper GOERTZ Obituary

GOERTZ, Pepper Ross Pepper Ross Goertz, 44, of Austin Texas, passed away on May 22nd 2018 in Austin Texas. Pepper was born in Harlingen Texas on Oct 9th 1973 to Buzz Goertz and Georgia Bruner. He was their only child. He graduated from Victoria High School in 1992. He was working as a Team Lead for the Shelton Keller Group. Pepper loved everything Star Wars, and recently dedicated many hours to building and painting his many replicas. Pepper also was an avid BMXer since a very young age. He also spent a lot of his free time riding the dirt jumps and trails around Austin and was a large force in maintaining them as well. Pepper is preceded in death by his dad Buzz Goertz. Pepper is survived by his Mother Georgia Bruner and Step-Dad Dewey Bruner of Brownwood, TX; His Aunt Donna and Uncle Don McCarty of Littlefield, TX; Aunt Sheryln Sherrin of Brownfield, TX; Aunt Vickie and Uncle Steve Gayle of Denver City, TX and his Many friends and loved ones in who's hearts he will live on for a long time to come. He will be sorely missed. There will be a celebration of Pepper's life on June 9th from 5:00pm 7:00pm at the Ninth Street Dirt Jumps (Duncan Park) in Austin, TX (900 W. 9th St Austin, TX 79703).
