Swank, Michael Parker On November 13, 2018, Michael Parker Swank was summoned by his parents, P. Raymond & Lucille Swank, and his wife of 41 years, Donna P. Swank, to join them at rest. He is survived by his brother Tim K. Swank & wife Elizabeth, and his sister Isabel Allen, all from St Louis, MO; his son Tim P. Swank & wife Cara of Seal Beach, CA; his son Kevin C. Swank & wife Colleen of Palm Springs, CA; his daughter Debbie Albers & husband Jeff of Desert Hot Springs, CA and his daughter Kathy Scott of Hermann, MO. He was the proud grandfather of nine grand- children; Cassandra P. Swank, Marisa A. Swank, Zachary M. Swank, Tyler J. Swank, Samantha Swank, Shelby Albers, Abigail Albers, Gracie Scott and Donna Scott. Michael's career included thirty years as a sales executive with Swank Motion Pictures, headquartered in St. Louis, and ten years as a business development executive with Swank Audio Visuals in Southern California. Michael worked closely with the Palm Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau, and helped bring meetings and conventions to Palm Springs and surrounding area. He attended CSU San Bernardino after his retirement, where he created a scholarship fund for archaeology students working in the field. Services: The family will be holding a private memorial service in the future. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in Michael's name to the American Lung Association.
