Jayne Joyce Obituary
Jayne was born in McComb, MS and had been a resident of Gulfport since 1969. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Gulfport, and was previously employed at Hancock Bank.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Johnnye Brueck.
Survivors include her father, Charles L. Brueck, a daughter, Courtney Joyce and son, Matthew Joyce, all of Gulfport, two sisters, Lynne (Neal) Malone of Baltimore, MD and Kay (Bill) Moore of Pascagoula and a brother, Barry Brueck of Gulfport.
The funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at noon in the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home Chapel, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit one hour before the service.
Burial will be private in Evergreen Cemetery.
The family prefers memorials to the American Diabetes Association-1701 North Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.

Mr. Brueck, Lynn, Barry and Kay,
I was so saddened to hear of Jayne's passing. I have great memories of younger days when we visited back and forth after you all left McComb. I will be praying for you during these hard days.

Jayne's ordeal during Hurricane Katrina will be forever etched in my memory. She was a brave and strong person to have made it through that. Barry and family, please accept my condolences for your loss.

Barry, I was so saddened to learn of Jayne's passing. While at Hancock Bank (mail room) I saw her often and thought she was a kind, sweet and pleasant person. My son, Sean, went to school with Courtney. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God Bless

Jayne was my mothers good friend, as well as my Godmother. I have such good memories of when I was younger...playing at the shop with all the pictures of me after she had braided my hair. My prayers are with all the family.

I was so shocked to hear of Jayne's passing. She and I had so many good times together in our younger years. A special moment for me was when she was my Maid of Honor at my wedding. As we drifted apart she still remained dear in my heart, She will forever be my friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Always Beth Hardy Garza.
