Carole Ratcliffe Obituary

Carole Filsinger Ratcliffe has moved onto the next fairway on November 10, 2018. Carole spent her youth in South Jersey, graduated from Baldwin Wallace College, and later split her time between Maryland and Florida. Carole was the widow of Philip E. Ratcliffe. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carole Ratcliffe Memorial Fund at Anne Arundel Community College, 101 College Parkway, Arnold, MD 21012-1895 or the Ratcliffe Art & Design Incubator at Florida International University, 1200 SW 8 Street, PCA275A, Miami, FL 33199.
